New Yorkers earning 80% of the area’s median income, or between $56,983 for a single person and $115,280 for a five-person household, can apply for the apartments, which range from $1,576/month to a studio at $2,002/month in two bedrooms.

Developed by JCS Realty and designed by Fischer Makooi Architects, the building’s amenities include a yoga center, business center, DIY workshop, bike storage, laundry room, game room, photo studio, and restaurant. roof terrace. The development will include 29 gated parking spaces and 30-foot-long backyards, according to Yimby.
