Christina Ricci Lists Brooklyn Townhouse For $2.4 Million
You’ve seen her in everything from the ’90s movie ‘Casper’ to the currently trending ‘Yellowjackets’ series – and now you can own her Brooklyn home.
Actress Christina Ricci has listed her two-family townhouse in upscale Fort Greene for $2.4 million, according to Dirty. The outlet notes that she’s mostly based in Los Angeles these days. with husband Mark Hampton — and apparently cut some ties with his Big Apple real estate.
Ricci bought the 1901-built home in 2015 for $1.99 million. Renovated, the three-story residence is 22 feet wide and 30 feet deep on a 25-by-100-foot lot.
Being a two-family dwelling, the property has an apartment on the ground floor, accessed by its own entrance – a typical feature of townhouses. This unit features one bedroom, one bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room, a new windowed bathroom and access, yes, to a private garden.
Above, there is a duplex with two bedrooms – as well as a third flexible bedroom-home office – and a terrace with access to this same garden. The kitchen at this end of the townhouse has two sinks and an island, the listing notes, while the living room features an original fireplace. Each floor has its own renovated and windowed bathroom.
The pictures in the listing show beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding, airy ceilings, exposed brickwork, and a floral-patterned stained-glass dome perched above the staircase.
