The two stories and 13,000 square feet of indoor living space are on the top two floors of the building. It features a private 6,000 square foot rooftop terrace with three swimming pools.

Currently there are no bedrooms or bathrooms as this is a customizable open space that can meet the owner’s needs.

“You can put a wall anywhere,” he adds. “Theoretically, you could put a bowling alley there, whatever you want.”
