This New York Plaza Hotel apartment offers views of Central Park from every room
An apartment in New York’s iconic Plaza Hotel, with views of Central Park from every room, has hit the market for $7.95 million.
The residential unit, located on the 13th floor of the French Renaissance-style mixed-use building on the southeast corner of the park, offers 1,825 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. , according to the list with Emily Beare of CORE.
“What’s most compelling about the residence is that every room has unobstructed views of Central Park…not all Plaza units have that, making it a prime offering,” said said Ms Beare, who listed the property last week.
