Villa Amalfi Townhouse Sale in Dubai Breaks Another Real Estate Price Record


Real estate sales records are made to be broken.

And once again, Driven Properties did not disappoint with the closure of a property in the Villa Amalfi development on Dubai’s Jumeirah Bay island.

The five-bedroom, 4,558-square-foot townhouse has set a new high bar of AED35.5 million (about US$9.67 million), making it the most expensive townhouse ever sold in the city of the United Arab Emirates. Negotiating the deal was ultra-high property specialists Kianoush Darban and Lina Allaoannouncement Driven Properties founder Abdullah Alajaji.

“Jumeirah Bay has outperformed all areas of Dubai in price growth over the past two years and has become the most sought-after destination for ultra-high net worth individuals,” he said. “Following the success and sale of our project on the island, Sea Mirror, we have seen an increase in demand for other properties on the island, including Bulgari Residences and Amalfi.”

Among the attractions of Coastal Villa Amalfi are the views from the rooftop terraces, which encompass both the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. Designed for contemporary living and incorporating high end finishes, the homes are built around private grounds and feature a range of community facilities. The Bulgari Hotel Yacht Club is a short walk away.

This is not the first recording that Driven properties broke. The company’s list of achievements includes the sale of Dubai’s most expensive residential land – also on the island of Jumeirah Bay – for AED 70 million (about US$19 million), the most expensive penthouse in One at Palm Jumeirah for AED85 million (about US$23 million) and Dubia’s highest recorded price per square foot sale at Bulgari Resort and Residences at AED12,624 (over US$3,400) per square foot.
